UEM ASKS: You've been asked to interview for donlemmon.com that has had over 12 million visitors in the past 24 months. I want to know what ONE interview you did in the past that you were most proud of and what makes the most recent one most memorable?

AND SABLE AKA RENA MERO SAYS: Larry King is the interview I'm most proud of, it gave me the opportunity to express my opinions on issues that were very important to me. Muscle & Fitness is my most recent interview. This one stands out because it is part of my lifestyle I'm very proud of. I love sharing information about training and proper nutrition and the benefits it can have on your life.

UEM ASKS: What can you tell me about your body and the shape you got it in that you think most people do not realize.

AND SABLE AKA RENA MERO SAYS: That my training and healthy eating is a lifestyle. It's not something that happens overnight, you do for a period and quit but you have to be dedicated to it and willing to work hard.

UEM ASKS: Tell me about the different fad diets you have tried. Why did they fail? I saw your current diet, while you look great, is devoid of a few essential nutrients like essential fats... What REALLY worked? Who turned you on to it? What STILL doesn't FEEL right?

AND SABLE AKA RENA MERO SAYS: I don't believe in following fad diets. I eat healthy low fat meals. My personal trainer is a registered dietitian. The diet on my site was an example of a typical day. My overall eating plan contains a variety of foods that is well balanced providing all the essential nutrients I need.

UEM ASKS: Still no essential fat sources at all. I dunno. A tablespoon a day goes a long way, and it's food too. What routine exercise was your favorite routine? Split routines, full body workouts, what really showed the best results? What was your last session like strength wise? Reps and weight? Your trainer is a nice guy by the way. I spoke with him a few weeks ago.

AND SABLE AKA RENA MERO SAYS: I enjoy training legs separately no matter what. I train two body parts a day. I vary reps anywhere from 15-20 including a variety of free weight, cable and machine exercises. For best results I change my routine often.

UEM ASKS: You look great but always consider how hard the road is to get there and whether the final goal is reached or not. What was the last movie you saw, video rented, CD bought, concert saw, fancy and also home meal ate?

AND SABLE AKA RENA MERO SAYS: The last movie I saw was Mission Impossible 2, I rented The Matrix, the last CD I bought was Faith Hill, the last concert was KISS, the last Fancy meal was for Mother's Day at Enzo's in Orlando, FL. I love cooking my home meals!

UEM ASKS: I saw you weren't big on supplements, neither am I. What supplement lines do you use?
