UEM ASKS: Aargh! Powder milk, hydrogenated coconut oil (trans-fats), corn syrup! What got you started in weight training? When did you first pay attention to diet? Many people still think drugs or exercise is all you need and ignore nutrition. Others think they will always look good then panic when it all catches up...
AND SABLE AKA RENA MERO SAYS: I started training in 92' It's something I did for myself, I have a certain body shape and weight I like to maintain.
UEM ASKS: What is your crowning achievement?
AND SABLE AKA RENA MERO SAYS: Although I have accomplished many things, I feel the best is yet to come!
UEM ASKS: What was your first and last 'real' job working for someone else?
AND SABLE AKA RENA MERO SAYS: I did everything from scooping ice-cream to working in a law firm.
UEM ASKS: What is your favorite 'good for you' meal and favorite cheat food?
AND SABLE AKA RENA MERO SAYS: Good food-Sushi... Bad food-Pasta with alfredo sauce.
UEM ASKS: Is there anything you think we haven't touched upon here yet you'd like to?
AND SABLE AKA RENA MERO SAYS: I am currently working with Filmtown Entertainment on a TV series called "The Consultants" starring myself, Jeff Speakman, Dennis Rodman and Jeremy Williams. It is shot in Vegas. I will be appearing on the cover of "Muscle & Fitness" on newsstands over summer of 2000.
UEM ASKS: I am curious what is your most frequently asked question. I am also curious if you have a favorite little getaway you go to?
AND SABLE AKA RENA MERO SAYS: How often do you workout? Will you marry me? Can you send me naked pictures! Laughs. I enjoy going to the Bahamas most.
UEM ASKS: What makes you cringe? What makes you smile so wide your jaw aches?
AND SABLE AKA RENA MERO SAYS: People that are negative. A good all out eat anything you want cheat day!
UEM ASKS: Paint the final picture of your goals in life.
AND SABLE AKA RENA MERO SAYS: My goal in life is to continue being happy and spending time with my family.
UEM ASKS: The intro picture on your site, the main PIC on the top left hand of the screen is amazing. Of all the photos you have, who picked that as the definitive one to represent the site?
AND SABLE AKA RENA MERO SAYS: I choose all the photos on my website. I change the left hand photo every week. Check out this week's photo!
